The Challenge:

Multi-talented real estate investor and business coach, Victor Menasce, was seeking a new website design that would effectively combine 3 separate business websites into a unified brand identity. The new website design needed to represent the many sides of his expertise and business activities as a published author, high-end real estate investor, sought-after media guest and business coach. Finally, although it would host a wide range of content, it was imperative that the website be easy to use, with a clean, professional look that inspires trust and elevates the brand.

The Solution:

A crisp, professional color scheme of black, grey and gold provides a sophisticated, uncluttered backdrop that lets the content shine and makes navigation a breeze. Deceptively simple on its surface, the website is dynamically powerful under the hood, including an email opt-in with automatic download, multi-media content (video, mp3, soundcloud), shopping cart, auto-responder, and an exclusive members-only area for Victor’s coaching students.
